Commission on Ticket Sales
Charged per paid ticket sold and deducted from your payout - you never pay anything upfront.
Your exact rate within this range depends on your event's size and ticket volumes, and is confirmed when you sign up. Commission rates are quoted exclusive of VAT.

Per-Ticket Booking Fee
A small fixed fee per paid ticket, tiered by the ticket's price. Current amounts:

You choose who pays it
Per event, you decide to absorb the fee (your patrons pay face value only) or pass it on (it's added transparently at checkout).
Free tickets stay free
Free tickets, RSVP items and complimentary orders never attract a booking fee.
Each ticket is tiered by its own price (a R200 ticket falls in the higher tier). Booking fees are VAT-inclusive and non-refundable. Amounts shown are current fees for events priced in South African Rand and may be updated by the platform from time to time - the exact fee is always shown at checkout.
Early Payouts for Established Organizers
Organizers who have been with us for a period of time and have completed our vetting process become eligible for a percentage early payout on selected events, as agreed with management from time to time. Ask our team whether your events qualify.
